Limapark Group is the hospitality business unit of Team First Asia.
Started in 2009 with the acquisition of the Lima City Hotel, which was then rebranded to Limapark Hotel, the group aims to reinvent Filipino hospitality.
The group then expanded with the addition of Limapark Manor in 2019. In 2024, Limapark Group entered into a partnership with IHG and also acquired Sphere Serviced Residences, further expanding its portfolio
